Tratak Workshop
A four-day workshop on Tratak (eyes exercise) was conducted at Nirvana (NBH Yoga Hall) from 13 - 16 February. Tratak is an ancient meditation technique which refreshes the mind, improves eyesight, concentration and will power.
Vasanta Panchami
Faculty, staff and students celebrated Vasant Panchami on 10 February at Anand Nivas the faculty staff quarters. Saraswati puja was performed in the morning, followed by arati and a cultural program in the evening.
