Team members G Krishna Sandilya, M.Tech-PDM 2nd year; Param Dubey, M.Tech-PDM 2nd year and G L Vaishnavi, M.Tech-PDM 1st year were national finalists at Tech-Tack product case competition for a

live business case held online from 21 October to 2 November at XLRI, Jamshedpur. 

The team’s live business case task was about formulating a future development strategy for Qtonz, an app development company based in Rajkot, Gujarat. This comprehensive task included a strategic business pivot, exploration of novel app genres for global markets, in-depth revenue projection analysis, the implementation of effective HR practices, creation of an innovative social media branding strategy, a thorough evaluation of competition in a new market, and the development of a compelling mission and vision statement for the upcoming phase of growth. By successfully addressing each dimension, they showcased how Qtonz can consistently excel in the dynamic field of app development.
