Prof. Nand Kishore Acharya was awarded the “Mahatma Gandhi Sahitya Samman” for 2016 by the Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan in recognition for his writings on or related to Mahatma Gandhi. The award consists of a citation and a cash reward of Rs. 4 lakhs.
