A unique Music–Games Workshop – Exploring music through interactive games  was conducted on 22 February at IIIT Hyderabad. Open to participants aged 13 and above, the workshop welcomed individuals with no prior musical training, making it an inclusive and accessible learning experience.

Designed as an engaging, hands-on programme, the workshop explored music through interactive, game-based learning. The initiative aimed to make music more approachable and enjoyable while enhancing cognitive skills through thoughtfully curated activities. By blending the logical structure and creative expression inherent in Indian classical music, the session presented the art form in an innovative and accessible format.

The three-hour workshop began with an introductory training segment that familiarised participants with the structure and objectives of the session. This was followed by two hours of interactive games that encouraged learning, practice, and appreciation of Indian classical music in a dynamic and collaborative setting. Competitions and exciting prizes further added to the enthusiasm and spirit of participation, making the event both educational and enjoyable.
