International Women’s Day celebration was held at Bakul Warehouse on 7 March, bringing together women staff members from across the institute for an afternoon of joy, connection, and recognition. Organised by the HR Office, the event created a vibrant and welcoming space to celebrate the invaluable contributions of women in diverse roles, including non-teaching staff, security, housekeeping, gardening, and mess teams.
The celebration began with a warm lunch gathering, offering an opportunity for participants to interact and connect in a relaxed setting. Adding to the festive spirit, attendees dressed in vibrant shades of blue, symbolising unity and confidence.
A special highlight of the event was the recognition of long-serving employees, who were honoured with gifts in appreciation of their dedication and commitment.

The programme also featured engaging activities such as fun games, singing, and dance performances, with enthusiastic participation from all. Gift bags with International Women’s Day wishes were distributed to participants, adding a thoughtful touch to the celebration.
Overall, the event was a lively and meaningful occasion that celebrated the strength, contributions, and spirit of women at the institute.
