The Campus Life Council (CLC) organised Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations from 27 August to 6 September on campus. Students, staff and faculty welcomed Lord Ganesha  to the campus amidst rain, vibrant dhol, chanting of Ganpati Bappa Morya and festive celebrations and installed the lord in Bakul Warehouse. After Aagman of Ganesh ji Sthapana Puja was done. As part of the 9 nine day celebrations there were various puja lined up like –  Rishi Panchami (Normal puja + 5 minutes for Rishi Mantrocharan); Gauri Pujan; Sunderkand; Ekadashi Katha; Mahalakshmi Vrat Katha; Pradosh Vrat Katha; Havan; Satyanarayan Katha and Uttar Pujan. Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations concluded with Visarjan Puja and Visarjan on the evening of 6 September.
