Dr. Rehana Shaik gave an invited talk on Machine Learning Models in Hydro-climatological Predictions in Western Sydney University, Australia on 6 March. The talk detailed challenges and uncertainties in the prediction of various hydro-climatological variables using machine learning models. The visit was a part of the Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC) Programme funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
