The Placements Office  conducted a workshop  on Resume building and interview process on 5 August. Ms. Srujana Gankidi, a soft skills mentor guided the students on the essential skills needed to create impactful resumes and excel in interviews.

An engaging Q&A session allowed students to seek clarifications on resume building and interview strategies. The event also facilitated networking opportunities, enabled students to connect with peers and professionals in their desired fields.

The Placements Office is targeted to empower students in soft skills and interview preparation as part of the IRP (Industry Readiness Program). The first meeting had an overwhelming response from the students, nearly 116 students attended the workshop and benefited from this mentoring program. The Placement Office is planning to do a series of workshops as part of the mentoring program. 

Ms Priyanka Bharade, Azure Architect, Technology Specialist conducted a Mentoring Program on Professional Grooming and Behavioural Ethics on 19 August, organised by the Placements Office. The event brought together professionals, students, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, all eager to enhance their professional presence and ethical conduct. From engaging presentations to insightful discussions, the event empowered attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their careers.
