A three-day workshop on back-pain was conducted at Nirvana Yoga Hall between 13-19 Dec, where special yogic techniques to relax and strengthen back muscles were taught. Other aspects such as right posture, diet, dealing with stress, etc were also covered. And on 24 Dec, a one day Laghu Shankh Prakshalan (detox) Camp was conducted at Nirvana Yoga Hall.
