UG2k21 Batch Trip to Hidden Castle

Graduation Batch of 2021 went to Hidden Castle for a day of fun, bonding & memories on 13 April. Around 240 students, along with supportive faculty and staff members, joined the much-anticipated day trip organized to celebrate the spirit of togetherness before bidding farewell to college life.

The Journey Begins: Students boarded comfortable AC buses in the morning for the 1.5 to 2-hour ride to Hidden Castle. The journey itself was buzzing with energy with music, games, and laughter, thanks to Bluetooth speakers and the enthusiastic batchmates who kept the vibe going all the way.

Exploring the Hidden Castle Upon arrival, students were welcomed with a series of engaging and interactive experiences that included a visit to the museum, showcasing antique and unique artifacts that offered a peek into history; walk through a pitch-black sensory tunnel that simulated the experience of visual impairment, offering students a meaningful and humbling insight; live magic shows with Rajasthani flair, and interactive stage activities like saree tying, dance-offs, and group games that kept the crowd entertained.

Adventure, Fun, and Unforgettable Moments: The excitement at Hidden Castle continued throughout the day with a packed lineup of adventure activities and interactive experiences. At the army-themed camp, students challenged themselves with climbing walls, obstacle courses, and group tasks that encouraged team spirit. Laughter echoed through the pool zone, where everyone dove into playful activities like soapy football and water games. After burning all that energy, students were treated to a well-organized lunch spread, complete with delicious desserts and ice cream, giving everyone a chance to refuel and relax. The post-lunch vibe was kept alive with karaoke, where students sang their hearts out, adding a musical twist to the afternoon. As evening approached, the batch soaked in the breathtaking scenic views of the castle grounds. A spirited game of tug of war brought everyone together one last time, filling the field with cheers, smiles, and lasting memories.

Flawless Planning & Execution: The entire trip was seamlessly coordinated by a dedicated student team comprising Prisha, Vrinda, Bhav Beri, Yashaswi, Divij, and Nikhita. From snack arrangements to travel logistics, event flow, and on-ground coordination, this team ensured everything ran smoothly, making it a stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable experience for all. These students took complete responsibility for every aspect of the trip – from planning the destination, organizing all logistics, coordinating with students, managing buses, and ensuring everyone’s safety throughout the journey. All six are final-year UG4 students, and their efforts truly made the day memorable for everyone involved.

A Day to Remember: The trip concluded with a memorable batch photograph, capturing the joy and unity of a class that had grown together through the years. Students returned to campus safely by 10:00pm with hearts full of memories and smiles that will last a lifetime.
