Stephane Rubin, chairman and co-owner of Pentland Group gave a talk on The 8 Powers of a 21st Century Entrepreneur on 13 April. He shared insights on how modern day entrepreneurs and managers who live in a world that is becoming very volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous, can clearly assess situations, make the right decisions and remain stress-free.

Rubin who is based in France is  a Fellow of Oxford Leadership and a highly skilled facilitator of Self Managing Leadership Program. Some of his recent clients and assignments include the HEC School of Management (Paris), BASF, METRO Group, Akzo Nobel Group and Telefonica. With over 18 years’ experience in Leadership Consulting, Coaching and Development, he regularly runs development seminars and courses on themes such as stress management, relationship management, how to make fear an asset, stability in chaos.
