Shubodh Sai, MS student working under the supervision of Prof. Madhava Krishna in the area of Visual Place Recognition has been selected as a winner of the 2022 IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS 2022) Outstanding Reviewer Award for his concerted review process. This annual award was established in 2021 in recognition of the most outstanding service performed by the members of the IROS Conference Paper Review Board. This has been awarded to only 5 out of 4,291 reviewers this year.

The IROS is one of the largest and most impacting robotics research conferences worldwide, being held on October 23–27, 2022.
