Pranayama session

Yoga acharya Srilakshmi conducted a pranayama session on 8 July at the institute yoga hall to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. She taught participants various breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and promote relaxation and calmness. Participants actively followed the guided exercises and discussions, enhancing their understanding and application of these ancient techniques.
