Interspeech 2019

Faculty and students of IIITH presented the following papers/posters at Interspeech 2019 in Graz, Austria from 15 – 19 September:

  • IIITH spoofing Countermeasures for Automatic Speaker Verification Spoofing and Countermeasures Challenge 2019 – K N R K Raju Alluri and Anil Kumar Vuppala
  • Sound Privacy: A Conversational Speech Corpus for Quantifying the Experience of Privacy – Pablo Pérez Zarazaga, sneha das, Tom Bäckström,  Vidyadhar raju Vegesna, and Anil Kumar Vuppala
  • Investigation of Joint acoustic model for Indian Language Identification Tirusha Mandava working under the supervision of Dr. Anil Vuppala presented a poster at Young Female Researchers in Speech Workshop, a special event of Interspeech 2019
  • Mining Mental States using Music Associations – Agarwal R, Singh R, Saarikallio S, McFerran K, and Alluri V – in Speech, Music, and Mind with Audio Satellite Workshop
  • Excitation Source and Vocal Tract System Based Acoustic Features for Detection of Nasals in Continuous Speech Bhanu Teja Nellore, Sri Harsha Dumpala, Karan Nathwani, Suryakanth V. Gangashetty
