Dr. Raman Saxena gave a guest lecture on Design is More than you Think! at the Department of Design, School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal on 24 February under a series  of talks on Design Samvad. He discussed design and designer’s role from the perspective of humanising  technologies, democratising access to credit, hidden hunger, agriculture support, for/in democracy, design activism and shaping the future.
