IIITH’s Mens Football and Basketball teams won second places at the Telangana State Inter College Football and Basketball tournament held on 5 April at IIITH campus. The event was inaugurated by Dr.Vinod, Dr. Raghu Reddy and Dr. Radhika Mamidi. About 10 colleges participated in the tournament. In football Sreenidhi Institute of Science & Technology won first place and in basketball K L University won first place.
