Mr. Dwaipayan Banerjee joined the institute as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Dr. Dwaipayan Banerjee worked as a Lead Administrator at the Indian Institute of Human Settlements, Bangalore. He managed the overall administration of the offices and campus at Bangalore. He is exceptional in managing functions like budgeting, procurement, travel, transport, accommodation management, contract administration, safety and security of assets, and collaborations with the government agencies. 

Dwaipayan started his career in the field of wildlife biology and project administration. He has worked with World Wide Fund for Nature, Gangtok, and ATREE (Eastern Himalayan Landscape), Almorah (Western Himalayan Landscape). Dwaipayan is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a certified AGILE Ninja Coach. He is a certified lead auditor for ISO 45001 and a lead implementer for ISO 41001. He has been part of global organisations like TCS, CBRE and JLL, where he has led teams working on a wide range of profiles, like regional procurement, travel and transport, environmental compliance, employee safety, etc. During his career he has managed large campuses housing 10,000+ employees.  

Academically, he holds a Master’s in Business Law (MBL) from National Law School (NLSIU, Bengaluru), a PG Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), and an M.Sc in Forestry, Economics and Management from FRI, Dehradun. Additionally, he is a Recognized Member of the Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
