Dr. Sanjay Rao Kordcal from the Department of Neurology at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, gave an insightful talk on Migraine Awareness: Navigating the Complexities of a Neurological Disease to the IIIT-H community on 7 March. Specialising in migraines and headache disorders, he spoke about their causes, short- and long-term effects, and approaches to effective pain management, followed by an engaging Q&A session.

Dr. Kordcal completed his DM (Neurology) from Govind Ballabh Pant Institute, New Delhi, his MD in Pediatrics from SDM College, Dharwad, and his MBBS from Mangalore.

IIIT Hyderabad has also signed an MoU with Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.
