Dr. Kothapalli made Associate Editor of ACM TOPC

Dr. Kishore Kothapalli has been appointed as Associate Editor of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) – Transactions on Parallel Computing (TOPC) by David Bader, Editor-in-Chief, New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA for a period of three years.  

Parallel computing is no longer a niche research field but an essential ingredient in all aspects of computer science. ACM Transactions on Parallel Computing (TOPC) is a forum for novel and innovative work on all aspects of parallel computing, including foundational and theoretical aspects, systems, languages, architectures, tools, and applications. It addresses all classes of parallel-processing platforms including concurrent, multithreaded, multicore, accelerated, multiprocessor, clusters, and supercomputers. TOPC spans the range from foundational research in parallel computing to principles extracted from experimental investigations. 

ACM TOPC is a six-year-old journal started by ACM focusing on aspects of parallel computing. Despite being very new, papers published in this journal on an average get up to 4 citations per article. As an Associate Editor Dr. Kishore Kothapalli will help the editorial team to get submissions reviewed by subject experts and make timely recommendations.
