Dr Kasturi S V Sekhar delivered a session on ‘Change Management & Building an AI-Ready Organizational Culture’ at a 5-day residential Management Development Programme (MDP) on 22 July. The program was sponsored by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and organized by the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) from 20 – 24 July 2026, at Marigold Hotel, Hyderabad. 

The primary cohort of this high level  training program on “Unlocking Competitive Advantage: Leveraging Machine Learning & AI for CPSEs and SLPEs”.consisted of top-tier senior executives, board-level officers, and operational heads (E0–E9 grades) representing major Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and State-Level Public Enterprises (SLPEs) across India.
