Alumni Ms. Garima Agarwal (B.Tech and MS by Research – batch of 2015), Additional Collector, Karimnagar along with Collector Mr. R V Karnan launched the first-of-its-kind Vaaradhi App (Bridge in English) which will be a boon for unemployed youth and aspirants of competitive exams. This is going to be a game changer for Telangana government job aspirants preparing for around 1.00 Lakh jobs announced recently.
The app has 2 components – one for latest employment opportunities including IT/ITES etc. (not yet activated) and another for competitive exam preparation (active) including the NCERT E-books from Class 6 to 12 which are core of any competitive exam in India. Mock test facility and tracking the nearest government study circles are also available on this app.
Speaking during the launch of the app on 17 April with Team-up agency (a government agency under the auspices of the collector) in Karimnagar, District Collector R V Karnan said that the Vaaradhi App will be very useful for those who are preparing for competitive exams. He said, this free app is a boon for youth who are currently preparing for Group-1, 2 & other competitive exams. He said that study material and subject-wise NCERT books will be available on this app. Candidates preparing for competitive exams can appear for mock tests and get the marks scored immediately.
