Go-To-Market (GTM) Bootcamp

A Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy is an essential process for a startup business to generate traction fast. This bootcamp will cover the essential components of a product market fit, GTM strategy i.e. branding, value proposition, segmentation and beachhead strategy, customer insights, personas, customer journeys, content creation, growth hacking tips and customer experience and delight.

CIE will adopt a structured approach to creating a step-by-step GTM plan using structured processes and an intuitive understanding of how your customers buy. This boot camp is designed for entrepreneurs, innovators, intrapreneurs with products or services in place who are currently working on their strategies and plans. Through the bootcamp, the participant gets hands-on sessions in order to develop a blueprint of its GTM plan followed by one-to-one interaction with Industrial experts and mentors on the final GTM strategy. Participants will be shortlisted based on their responses and will receive notification in a week time from CIE team.
