Dr. Khushboo Agarwal has joined the Computer Systems Group (CSG) as a Ramanujan Faculty Fellow. She obtained her Ph.D degree from the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay on the topic of ‘Limiting behaviour of branching processes and online social networks’, and was advised by Prof. Veeraruna Kavitha. During her Ph.D, she received the ‘Prime Minister’s Research Fellowship (PMRF)’ and ‘Best Student Paper Award’ at Performance 2023. For her doctoral work, she was awarded the ‘Naik & Rastogi Award for Excellence in Ph.D. Dr. Khushboo Agarwal was a post-doctoral researcher at Inria Center at Université Côte d’Azur, France. Her research interests are in the field of stochastic operations research, primarily at the intersection of stochastic processes, reinforcement learning, and (behavioural) game theory.
