The National Digital Library of India (NDLI) has recognised IIITH as one of the best performing NDLI clubs in Telangana for its outstanding performance and unwavering dedication in promoting knowledge
and learning through the National Digital Library of India. As a token of appreciation and encouragement, NDLI has presented an Appreciation Certificate to IIIT Hyderabad.
The certificate stands as a testament to IIIT Hyderabad’s hard work, creativity, and contributions in harnessing the power of NDLI to foster an environment of learning and knowledge dissemination within IIITH and the community at large.
NDLI also recognised and appreciated IIITH’s dedication in organizing informative and engaging events, workshops, and awareness campaigns as well as its innovative approach and unwavering dedication to nurturing a culture of lifelong learning which have made a positive impact on the educational landscape.
The club’s commitment in leveraging digital resources for educational advancement was truly inspiring and its efforts aligned perfectly with NDLI’s mission to empower individuals with easy access to a vast array of high-quality digital content.
In June 2021, IIIT Hyderabad joined the NDLI club which was developed by IIT Kharagpur and sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
NDLI Club is an enabler of career progression for students, job seekers, researchers and learners. NDLI Clubs are set up in institutes and nodal bodies, and these clubs conduct events to facilitate students to develop knowledge, skill and traits beyond regular curriculum which are essential for their progression in respective professional domains. The events may be either physical or virtual. Virtual events are web-based and are conducted through the NDLI Club portal. The events are organized at respective institute level or city/district/state/regional level or all-India level.
