Dr. Nazia Akhtar presented a paper on Shehrezaad and Social Reform: Gender, Genre, and Storytelling in the Novels of Sughra Humayun Mirza (1884-1958) at an international conference on Women of the World: Literature, Language, and Translation. The conference was organised by the Department of English, Faculty of Education, Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt from 10 – 11 March.
