A round table discussion with Prof. Anil Sadgopal on Methodological Challenge Posed by the New Education Policy Draft Report was held on 29 July.

Prof. Sadgopal obtained his Ph.D in molecular biology from Caltech. After a brief stint at TIFR Mumbai, he moved on to the area of education and rural development. Among his several pioneering contributions is the Hoshangabad Science teaching program of comprehensive science education in the middle schools of rural M.P.
