Dr. P Pravin Kumar Venkat Rao gave the following guest lectures: 

• Low-cost and Advanced Composites for Strengthening Existing Masonry in Out-of-Plane Bending at One Day Symposium on Earthquake Preparedness in India organised by the Department of Civil Engineering, Christ University, Kengeri Campus, Bangalore on 31 January.

• Role of Composite Materials in Strengthening Existing Masonry at the Department of Earthquake Engineering, IIT Roorkee on 16 February.
