Concentration, Awareness and Memory Workshop 

IIITH Yoga center organized a workshop on Concentration, Awareness and Memory on 23 and 24 January at NBH Yoga Hall with the intent of displaying that both  relaxation and study can go together.

There are three stages for attending any examination. Every student can succeed if he/she effectively implements the following steps:

  • Collection of information
  • Retention of information
  • Recollection of information

Effectiveness of the above stages can be improved by yogic techniques. While self-confidence, will power, memory, concentration, clarity and understanding are the essential requirements for an exam, results can be improved with the help of yogic techniques like trataka, palming, visualization, vikendrikaran, asana, pranayama and meditation.
