Prof. Vasudeva Varma, Prof. Ponnurangam Kumaraguru (PK)  and Dr. Charu Sharma participated in the CoDS-COMAD-2023 at IIT Bombay from 4 – 7 January.   Prof. PK and Dr. Charu Sharma, were members of the conference’s organizing committee. Dr. Charu Sharma also gave a talk on her experiences and academic journey under Diversity and Inclusion Track. 

CODS-COMAD is a premier international conference focusing on scientific work in Databases, Data Sciences and their applications. Being held for the 6th time as a common conference bringing together the COMAD and the CODS communities, this conference had researchers in the field of databases, data sciences and their applications.

COMAD, a conference directed primarily at data management started in 1989 while CODS started in 2014 with an excellent program in AI/Machine Learning/Data Science. These two conferences came together for the first time in 2018.
