Dr. Anirban Dasgupta has joined the Human Sciences Research Group (HSRG)  as  a Professor.

Dr. Anirban Dasgupta did his B.Sc Honors and M.Sc in Economics from Presidency College, Calcutta University. In June 2006, he received his Ph.D in Economics from the University of California.  During his doctorate, he worked as a Teaching Fellow and Teaching Assistant at the University of California for six years. He was a lecturer, an equivalent to Assistant Professor at the International Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, from August 2006 to December 2010 and worked as an Associate Professor at South Asian University, New Delhi.
