T.Health café, a monthly meet of start-ups from CIE@IIITH’s MedTech consortium was held on 11th May.

T.Healthcafe is a platform for early stage MedTech start-ups, budding entrepreneurs, professionals with a start-up idea and corporates exploring new products to discuss their problem statements and get solutions directly from domain experts.

The event is aimed at helping MedTech start-ups build tech solutions and to give them a chance to pitch to the MedTech consortium for help, advice, mentoring, trials, market access, and funding. And this will, in turn, help in building the health care domain community with all the enablers (medical experts, investors, business mentors), medical startups, and enthusiasts.

The Key Speakers at this meet were RamjeePallela, Chief Manager, IKP Knowledge Park; Sai Praveen Haranath, Global Physician, India & America; Venkata Sasidhar Manda, Chief Scientist, Apollo Hospital & Educational Research Foundation; Praveen Kumar Gajjella, Site Head, Apollo Research and Innovation; Sanjay Jesrani, Founder, GoNorth Ventures and Ranajit, Startup Mentor.

Startups had a great interaction with medical practitioners from different domains and got a chance to validate their clinical trials.
