The Clubs Council (CC) Clubs meet hosted a focused session aimed at clarifying essential procedures related to event logistics, budgeting, and reimbursements on 12 November. Targeted specifically at UG2 students in key club
positions, the session provided an opportunity to ensure familiarity with these processes, address queries, and resolve specific concerns raised by various clubs.
Additionally, the meet served as a platform for collecting valuable feedback and critiques from club representatives, helping CC identify areas for improvement and necessary changes to better support future events.
